  My web site is updated every hour with listing information directly from our local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Most of the large national home searching web sites update their sites only once or twice a week. Some properties are listed and sold before they are even posted on the national sites.
• Do you want to view photos of properties online?
  
  The property listings on my site include photos when they are available on our MLS system. Not every property listing includes a photo, but if the listing agent did take one and submitted it to the MLS then it will be shown here.
• Do you want the property address?
  
  I can provide you with addresses of all the properties that meet your needs. This will save you a ton of time because you can focus in on the neighborhoods you are most interested in.
• Would you like an online map?
  
  It's hard to know where every street is located in every community you are interested in. All the listings include a link to a map so you can pinpoint exactly where the property is located.
• Would you like a daily email alert?
  
  You can receive an email from me every morning with a list of new properties located in the towns and price range of your interest that were listed the previous day. The list also includes properties that had a price change or came back on the market. If there are no changes I can send you an email anyway just to let you know.
